Student Showcase: A place to show your work!
Submitted by admin on Tue, 11/13/2007 - 10:08pm.The "Student Showcase" section has been added to the website to allow you to share what you're working on in class or on your own time with the rest of the studio5 community. Registered users may also rate each other's work and post encouraging and constructive feedback.
When you are logged in simply select either "Student Images" or "Student Videos" from the the "Create Content" menu.
Images are uploaded directly to the studio5 website; however, videos must be linked from one of the following third party websites: YouTube, Google Video, Revver, MySpace, Blip.TV, iFilm, or MetaCafe. You may also link directly to a file already on the web in any of the following formats: WMV, MOV, RM, FLV, SWF, or WMA.
If you are having trouble submitting your stuff, start a support thread in the forum and I will help you.

Updates and changes to the website
Submitted by admin on Mon, 09/17/2007 - 12:35am.Hey everyone, while the overall layout, look, and feel of the website is completely the same. The entire back end has been redone and updated. The result is a more expendable architecture and overall faster website.
The unfortunate part however is that all of the user accounts have been lost and must be re-created. So I encourage everyone to please register again on the website.
Within the next month or two a feature will be added to the site allow you to login using your facebook user account for added flexibility and ease of use.
